美國職棒大聯盟，去年美國聯盟的新人王，日本的大谷翔平，今年傷後復出，表現平平。不過今天面對西雅圖水手的比賽，大谷單場兩安打、兩打點，還和隊友楚奧特合演「背靠背」的連棒全壘打，無奈洛杉磯天使還是輸球。
這或許是大聯盟最強的連棒組合之一。

山竹橫掃香港！大樓窗戶被吹破 屋內物品滿天飛
今年第22號颱風「山竹」侵襲香港、澳門，因此香港及澳門天文台在今(16日)上午發布「10號風球」，各地也陸續傳出災情；高樓林立的香港，甚至有大樓的玻璃窗被吹破，整棟大樓滿目瘡痍，屋內雜物全被強風捲出來，畫面相當驚人。
此外，香港沿海的杏花邨慘遭颱風襲擊，海水倒灌，整個區域頓時成了水鄉澤國，海浪不斷湧入社區，相當驚人；山竹重創香港，也使得交通癱瘓，近千航班被迫取消，不少民眾在昨夜就到當地超市瘋搶物資，包括手電筒、電池、打火機、膠帶、乾糧等物資，貨架上的商品幾乎被一掃而空，港澳居民嚴陣以待。
